Beginning in January, CK Montessori will be able to accept your tuition payments through an automatic withdrawal system. No more trying to remember to get your check in on time! No more handing it to a teacher from the car (only to have it end up in her coat pocket for a few days :O )! No more putting it in the take home bag and having it stay there for the entire week! The accounting of your tuition checks will be much smoother and more efficient! We know that many of you are already doing this with your mortgage and other regular bills and you know how simple and well-organized this system is.
What do we need from you? You will be asked to fill out a simple form with your signature, authorizing CK Montessori to withdraw a designated amount on a designated day of the month. A voided check will need to be attached to the form in order for the bank to access the proper account. We will hand these forms to you during the month of December in preparation for the new system beginning in January.
Note: This payment plan will be optional for the rest of this school year. Beginning September, 2010, it will be mandatory as we believe that we can be better stewards of your tuition dollar when the accounting of the money is done more efficiently.
